Will Smith in Rap Comeback

Rap comeback? Will Smith is working on his music carrier again.

Hollywood star Will Smith is set to make a rap comeback. The rapper/actor hasn’t recorded an album since 2005, but it is rumored that he’s been working on a comeback album with producer La Mar ‘Mars’ Edwards.

“We’re working on Will Smith, bringing him back. That’s actually him on the other line right now.”-producer Mars told XXLMag.com.

Will Smith began his career as The Fresh Prince, teaming up with his childhood pal Jeffrey Townes to form hip-hop duo DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, which made him Grammy Award-winning rap star.

The 42-year-old hunk has released four studio albums, including 1997 hit ‘Big Willie Style‘. His single ‘Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It’ from the same album became number one hit on US Billboard Hot 100 chart. And ‘Big Willie’ feels the time is perfect for a rap comeback.

The Hollywood superstar has also featured in major films including ‘I Am Legend’, ‘Hancock‘ and ‘Seven Pounds‘.

Will Smith has been married to actress Jada Pinkett Smith since 1997 and has two children with her, Jaden, 13, and 10-year-old daughter Willow, who are both music stars.

Looking forward to another series of number one hits: Will Smith is making a rap comeback.
