Madonna has “No Comments” on Lady Gaga’s Obsession with Her

After her ungracious remarks about a fan’s floral present at Venice Film Festival, pop queen Madonna snapped that she didn’t want to comment on Lady Gaga’s obsession with her.

Belgian magazine Le Soir reports that they asked the Material Girl a question about how she feels about her adoring fans, including Lady Gaga. According the magazine Madonna replied:

“As for Lady Gaga, I have no comment on her obsessions related to me, because I do not know if it is based on something profound or superficial”

Madonna’s spokesperson Liz Rosenberg has since denied the quote, saying:

“This is not true. Madonna did not say anything negative about Lady Gaga during her press conference”

It has been said and seen that Stefani Germanotta 25, (Lady Gaga) is big Madonna fan, having paid homage to the leading lady of pop in her songs, performances and even style.(obsession?)

But Lady Gaga furiously denied being a copycat, after she was accused of copying Madonna’s hit song Express Yourself for her single Born This Way, telling NME magazine during an interview:

“I am not stupid enough to put out a record and be that moronic. I’m a songwriter. I’ve written loads of music. Why would I try to put out a song and think I’m getting one over on everybody?”-she said.

Madonna fan denies Breaking into her House

Madonna's house in Marylebone, where the fan broke into.

Madonna fan Grzegorz Matlok, 30, allegedly used a rope to climb up to the balcony of the heavily-fortified, ten-bedroom Georgian townhouse in Marylebone in March. He pleaded not guilty to three counts of burglary for breaking into singers house.

Matlok was arrested on March 12, after being wrestled to the ground by bodyguards at Madonna’s home. The fan was found clutching several of her possessions, but the only item he was accused of stealing, was a can of Red Bull energy drink, valued by the prosecution at £2.40.

“Something dreadful has happened here. The security around the world’s most famous pop star should be impregnable.”-senior police source said.

Grzegorz was subsequently declared unfit for trial and sent for mental evaluation. Yesterday a judge remanded him in custody and fixed a trial date for September 12.

Madonna was not in the house at the time, having taken her four children, Lourdes, 14, Rocco, 10, Mercy, six, and five-year-old David to Bay City, Michigan to pay her respects to her late grandmother Elsie Mae Fortin.

Six months ago Madonna, 52, was targeted by a man who was arrested outside her New York apartment carrying two knives.
